IT security vendor Symantec has announced it has completed its acquisition of PGP Corporation and GuardianEdge, two privately-held companies in the email and data encryption markets. The acquisition agreements between Symantec and PGP Corporation and GuardianEdge were announced on April 29, 2010. Microsoft Gulf today announced that local authorities conducted two raids in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi.
