HP is providing a glimpse into the office of the future by showcasing its end-to-end services for enterprises in the UAE. Office employees today rely on wide-ranging technology to do their jobs effectively. All these hardware, software, and data requirements are creating more costly and time-consuming IT challenges, increasing security risks. Currently, at GITEX Technology Week, HP is addressing these challenges with MPS and DaaS offerings. With MPS for example, enterprises can deliver measurable business results that will enable them to control cost, secure data, simplify supplies and streamline the printing process.

Peter Oganesean, Managing Director, UAE and East Africa HP Inc. stated: “Today, the sectors that are adopting managed print services include telecoms, financial services, education, healthcare, and government. We understand the importance of device security for these organisations so we have redesigned our MPS offerings to go beyond in terms of expanded core delivery capabilities. This will enable customers’ print fleets to migrate to a best-in-class secured environment.”

MPS is also helping bridge the paper to digital gap with sophisticated capturing and routing capabilities that integrate with enterprise content management (ECM) and other enterprise systems. This is supported by HP’s strong commitment to environmental sustainability that helps build the foundation for change and sustainable growth.

For enterprise PCs, mobile devices and workstations, HP is showcasing DaaS, which aim to boost employee productivity and IT efficiency. HP DaaS provides a one-stop stop platform that combines hardware and lifecycle services to make companies more efficient, improve the employee experience, and free up IT resources—all with a simplified, predictable pricing model.

Peter added: “More than 40% of small and medium-sized companies consider “as a service” critical to their organization . Our goal for DaaS is to deliver that same type of user experience for computing. By combining hardware, intelligence, and lifecycle services, we simplify how IT organizations allocate and manage their devices while improving reliability and satisfaction.”
