Bulwark outlines expansion plans

Infosecurity Middle East is the region’s mega cyber security event that offers information security experts a common platform to discuss best practices, and share case studies on ever-growing cyber threats. At this year’s event, Value-Added Distributor, Bulwark joined hands with its vendors and participated alongside Mimecast, iStorage and Sophos to highlight its end-to-end security solutions and customer-centric distribution strategies.

Expressing his excitement on their debut appearance at the 2nd edition of the event, Jose Thomas Menacherry, Managing Director at Bulwark Technologies said, “Bulwark has reiterated the importance of building a strong, integrated security infrastructure in the region. We pride on having predicted market exigency and introducing apt technologies at the right time.”

The regional cybersecurity market is expected to double in the next five years, up from $11.38bn in 2017 to $22.14bn by 2022, as per a report published by Research and Markets. Organizations worldwide are increasingly aware of the importance of securing their infrastructure and information from new sophisticated threats and attacks. The situation is no different in this region and customers are now taking adequate precautions by implementing relevant solutions to safeguard their confidentiality, investment and assets.

Menacherry emphasized that adding new vendors to their existing portfolio is an important part if the company’s growth strategy. “We are currently in talks with multiple vendors to take up their products through our established channels utilizing our years of experience gained over years of operation in the region.”

During this year’s three day IT security event, Bulwark highlighted its latest technologies and new product launch spanning advanced malware threat protection, application delivery solutions, next generation firewall, secure managed file transfer, encrypted flash drives and disc drives, email security and archival, PIM, user behaviour analysis and risk mitigation.

Further, to address the demands of the evolving threat landscape and technology advancements, we proactively scout to enhance our portfolio with new technology solutions, including machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, he added.

Commenting on the company’s channel strategy, Menacherry said, “We are constantly involved in enabling our channel partners by creating and executing well-crafted channel programs. Through the recent launch of new office in Bangalore, India, we are providing better focused customer service to meet the ever-growing demands of our vendors, partners and customers.”
