Give us a brief overview about your company.

Elitser Technologies, erstwhile known as Prima Java Softtech, established its Middle East operations in the year 2003 and is a part of the “Elitser Group” with presence in several countries worldwide. The group that started its journey in 1999 has come a long way since then by expanding its footprint in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Bahrain and Philippines in addition to UAE.

We are a client-centric IT solution, consulting and training provider offering cost-effective, strategic and innovative solutions that add value to our customers. Our core business focus is on ITSM/ITIL, IT/Non-IT infrastructure monitoring, information security, IoT, business intelligence (BI), managed services and outsourcing.

What markets are you currently present in?

Our Dubai office serves the Middle East operations and currently we are focused on developing the GCC market. UAE, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is our key market and we expanded into Bahrain earlier this year to work closely with our customers in the country. Next year, we are planning to increase our presence in GCC by setting up our base in Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Which industry verticals do you cater to?

Over the years, we have made inroads in all the major verticals and provide solutions to BFSI, government, retail, aviation, telecom and other key sectors of the economy. Our biggest strength lies in datacenter management and monitoring, and we cater to any customer with a sizable IT infrastructure and datacentre capabilities. Today we have a strong customer base of more than 600+ enterprise level customers in UAE alone.

What is the workforce strength of your organization?

We are a company of around 120+ professionals specialising in various areas of IT domain and our expertise varies from sales, presales, and technical, etc.

What products, solutions, brands and services do you represent and offer in the markets you are present in?

We have positioned ourselves as the ITSM (IT service management) partner for our customers with focus on ITSM lifecycle for enterprises in the region. Our consultancy division defines processes & polices based on ITSM/ISO standards and enables enterprises to be certified on various standards like ISO 20K, ISO 27001 etc.

We are also the sole partner for ManageEngine (ZOHO Corporation) and have been representing them in this region for last 12 years. We have been responsible for their complete product portfolio and deliver sales/presales/implementation/post-sales support. We take pride in being one of the few system integrators having manpower outsourcing license that helps us to provide skilled IT resources and Managed Services.

What are your market strategies for year 2018?

We have seen good traction in the information security domain over the past few years. Enterprises are far more aware and are willing to spend on enhancing their security shield even though at times it means cutting down expenditures in other IT disciplines. SIEM, identity access management, single sign-on and other elements of information security will be central to our market strategy. We are also focused on bringing business intelligence (BI), data analytics and dashboarding solutions into our portfolio and soon will be coming up with a unique Managed BI offering in 2018 that will give our customers enterprise level BI functionality at a very reasonable price.

How has the technology market grown in the MEA region over the past few years?

The region has always been a mature market for technology and customers are not only enthusiastic but are also very receptive in trying out new products and solutions. This inclination towards adopting new technology has made the region an exciting market for all IT solution providers.

In the past few years, various governments in the region have been stepping up their act thereby enabling the market to grow at a fast pace. These factors have led us to grow year on year at an average of 20%.

Do you participate at trade shows such as GITEX?

We have been a part of GITEX for the past 10 years. We usually participate along with our vendors and have been present at several other leading technology events such as GISEC, IoTX, ecrime, RSA Conference etc.
