Region’s contact centre technology specialist, IST expanded its partnership with contact centre solution provider Genesys by adding PureCloud to its solution portfolio. PureCloud is a unified, all-in-one customer engagement and employee collaboration solution that’s intuitive, easy to use and quick to deploy.

The system integrator has seen a lot of traction PureCloud from the customers in the region. IST in a statement said, that they are currently working on launching PureCloud for Yalla Compare, a leading finance comparison site in the Middle East.
