Giada launches thin mini ITX Motherboard

MG-5200SL_CPGiada launched its thin mini-ITX form factor motherboard, the MG-5200SL in Middle East. This move follows the shift in PC market, which is moving towards innovative new form factors like All-in-Ones in the desktop category.

The MG-5200SL motherboard is targeted at high-end digital signage market such as: 4K Video Presentations, Multi-display with LVDS support in environments like financial institutions, shopping malls, hotels, train stations, airports, restaurants and institutes of education. The compact layout and low power consumption, numerous I/O interfaces and powerful 3D performance ensured with high security and easy management functions.

Giada’s new mini-ITX motherboard supports up to 3840×2160 4K Ultra HD multi-displays and LVDS, providing an ideal all-round platform for digital signage applications. The MG-5200SL is compatible with the major operating systems on the market including Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Linux.

Based on the Intel Broadwell CoreTM i5-5200U CPU, pair with NVIDIA’s GT730 discrete GPU with 2G DDR3 high speed memory, it features enhanced computing performance and better visual experience for ultra HD display especially for demanding digital market application. It supports 2 X SO-DIMM DDR3L slots with up to 16GB RAM.

It also provides a full array of connectivity for video output, data transmission and compatible access with peripheral devices, including HDMI, DVI, VGA and LVDS connections, 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 SATAIII connectors, mSATA, Mini PCIe and 2 COM ports.

The new motherboard is designed for long uptime and comes with a brass heat pipe for optimum heat dissipation as well as a server-class cooling fan. The Intel Core i5-5200U processor requires very little power consumption of only 15W TDP.
