Neverfail Group, recently acquired by Austin-based Artisan Infrastructure, have signed an IT distribution agreement specialist VAD Cerebra Middle East for the whole region.

In terms of the agreement, Cerebra signs will distribute Artisan Infrastructure’s Neverfail software in the Middle East.

The distributor said with Neverfail solutions, customers can choose any abstract layer whether physical or virtual to deliver more stringent SLAs without the stress of worrying whether their business continuity plans can keep up with the pace of change.

“Cerebra, as a value-added distributor is an ideal fit for our exceptionally high quality standards and service level requirements. Top level technology and trusted partners are key to our customer relationships in the MEMA region,” said Raymond Fucci, vice president, Global Sales, Artisan Infrastructure’s Neverfail Software Group.

Saurabh Arora, vice president, Sales and Support, Cerebra Middle East said: “We are excited to partner with Neverfail in the region as it strengthens our existing portfolio for data protection solutions. Neverfail software has extremely unique capabilities and is well positioned globally to solve some of the very complex business-continuity related problems for customers.

Arora added that: “In a recent survey that was conducted by one of the global storage vendors, key findings demonstrated that 82% of organisations are not very confident that they can fully recover after a disaster, 64% surveyed have lost data and or suffered systems downtime in the last year, 55% report hardware failure as the primary cause of data loss and downtime; software failure and security beaches are the next most-important causes, and 43% of organisations cite loss of employee productivity as the single biggest economic impact. In light of the findings, there is unprecedented opportunity for the channel to partner with Artisan Neverfail and using their solutions to address some of their customers’ pain points.”

VJ Sathya, regional sales director, MEA and India, Neverfail, said: “We are happy to be associated with Cerebra Middle East. A solution like Neverfail software needs a proper technical team to do the ground work to help the Sales team in selling it. We see that in Cerebra, the strong pre-sales and post-sales support team is capable of helping the channel in positioning Neverfail. Even though Neverfail has one of the best technologies in the business continuity and disaster recovery space, we have until now not been able to penetrate this market. With more than 85% of companies in need of proper enterprise-class DR, we are very optimistic that this partnership will fill the gap.”
