Spectrami addresses real time security and compliance issues for enterprises is Oman

Spectrami, the leading value added distributor in the MENA region announced that along with Tenable Network Security it had recently organized TechCafe’ a workshop to address the real time security concerns, advance threats, vulnerability and compliance issues faced by various enterprises across about the increase in the level of sophistication and advancement in IT security attacks.

TechCafe’ in Muscat was well received by leading companies and government sector in Oman. The representatives from various enterprises attended the half day event that was held at Grand Hyatt in Muscat and showed keen interest in the technology.

Zubair Chowgale, Solutions Architect at Spectrami made presentation and updated about the latest trends effecting the security environment in the industry. He also gave a live demonstration on Tenable to all the participants and provided a dashboard view of all security vulnerabilities, configuration and compliance failures, and propelling workplace productivity while reducing risk.

Zubair also emphasised the need to have a continuous monitoring of the network by the enterprises in the country. Tenable provide enterprises with the required visibility both into server and client-side vulnerabilities, besides identifying the flow of sensitive data as well as the use of common protocols and services.
