SAS and ArtiSol in strategic alliance

SAS Middle East, the provider of Business Analytics (BA) software and services in the region, recently formed strategic partnership with ArtiSol, a leading customer service, customer experience and marketing IT based solutions provider.

The new partnership between SAS and ArtiSol will look towards addressing the growing demands and requirements of the Middle East market and aiming to deliver the best in class customer intelligence software to a rapidly growing customer base – particularly in the banking and finance, retail and telecommunications segments.

The new partnership also complements the company’s strategic objectives of expanding and consolidating its customer intelligence portfolio – offering new key software like advanced Marketing Automation, Marketing Resource Management and Social Media Analytics.
