UnlimITed, partnered with TBS Enterprise Mobility, a leading mobile workforce management specialist, to deploy TaskMaster mobile workforce management systems to support IT field engineers across the UAE.
TaskMaster, a unified mobilized suite of mobile workforce management applications developed by TBS, will enhance transparency and efficiency by approximately 20% for UnlimITed across all UAE operations. The system is expected to give UnlimITed real-time visibility of work progress as a result of the Management Console component of the TaskMaster system while replacing paper-based tasks both in the office and in the field using a PDA device.

The TaskMaster solution deployed by UnlimITed delivers both planned and reactive maintenance jobs directly to engineers’ PDA devices allowing for real-time updates and responses. This will provide the highest level of service to customers within the UAE with a reduction in response time to customer requests. It also expects to rollout similar services in Qatar.
